Miracles of Charcoal and Garlic

We all know of the great benefits of charcoal and garlic when used on a sting of a poisonous insect.

My husband was stung on the head by a large black wasp. He was allergic to the sing, and in about ten minutes, itchy bumps began to appear all over his body. His eyes began itch and swell and immediately I gave him charcoal to drink along with a piece of garlic. I also applied a plaster of charcoal over the sting and on the eyes and ice to keep the swelling down.

In fifteen minutes my husband was desperate with itching caused by the tiny red bumps that continued to increase. Immediately I thought of making a neutral bath with charcoal and liquid garlic. We began the therapy; during which I applied charcoal powder all over his body, applying more as it dried out. It was somewhat difficult maintaining the water luke warm, as I had to heat water on the stove. He began to shiver from the water not being  warm enough.

Thirty minutes later we were finishing, he was now very cold. He was also feeling very week; I thought it was a reaction to the sting, but it was not so. Some patients become dizzy and weak when they receive hydrotherapy for the first time and this was exactly what was happening.

Resting in bed 30 minutes, I continued to administer charcoal water and plaster on the eyes and sting site. Soon you could see the red rashes begin to disappear little by little as well as the itch. One hour later he was bump and itch free.

It is really a great blessing knowing the benefits of simple natural remedies which the Lord has given to us. 

 

We are ever thankful to our Lord that everything came out well,  for he is always watching over our well being.

We have been praying for funds to finish building the Pedro Lorenzo church in Bolivia since the beginning of the year. Money has come in from offerings for the construction of some but not all that is needed.

Our church neighbors are not very happy that the church does not have a proper dividing wall. The current dirt wall that divides the properties is falling apart more every day, making trash easier to come over the wall.

In the background you can see the dirt wall we need to rebuild out of bricks.

 

It is a chore for the janitor to keep the grounds of the church clean. It has been decided that a wall be built before anything else.

It is now winter as well, and getting tougher to teach classes outdoors. In the small room we had, the wind blew the roof off!  We really need a proper room, but one step at a time.

This is the primary class and the area of a future classroom.

Please pray for this tiny church, that it may someday have all their basic needs met.

Milagros del Carbón y el Ajo

Como ya sabemos la gran ayuda que nos proporciona el carbón y el ajo cuando hay alguna picadura por algún insecto ponzoñoso.

Mi esposo fue picado por una avispa grande y negra;  fue alérgico a la picadura, así que en unos diez minutos empezó a aparecerle ronchas y a picarle por todas partes. Sus ojos empezaron a picarle y a inflamarse, pero de inmediatamente le di de tomar carbón y ajo, también le aplique como cataplasma en la picadura y ojos mas hielo para que le disminuyera el dolor.

Ya en unos 15 minutos mi esposo estaba desesperado por la picazón y las ronchas  que le aumentaba cada vez más. Inmediatamente pensé de hacerle un baño neutro con carbón y jotas de ajo. Empezamos su terapia; durante ella le coloque en todo el cuerpo carbón y  lo cambiaba cada vez que se le secaba. Fue un poco difícil el mantenerle el agua tibia porque tenía que ir a la cocina a calentar agua. El empezó a temblar, el agua no estaba suficientemente tibia.

Treinta minutos después estábamos terminando, tenía mucho frio,  y al terminar  sintió mareo y débil; pensamos que era la reacción de la picadura, pero, no fue así. Algunos pacientes se marean y se debilita cuando reciben hidroterapia por primera vez y así fue con mi esposo.

Reposo 30 minutos en cama, y seguía dándole carbón y colocándole cataplasma en los ojos y picadura. Pronto las ronchas empezaron a desaparecer poco a poco y también la comezón. En una hora no tenia mas ronchas ni comezón.

Realmente es una gran bendición conocer los beneficios simples de remedios naturales que Dios nos ha dado.

Gracias a Dios que todo salió bien y sabemos que el está cuidando a cada uno de sus hijos

Desde los primeros meses desde ane, empezamos a orar por fundos para terminar de construir la iglesia de Pedro Lorenzo en Bolivia.  Este dinero ha sido ofrendas de hermanos.

 Los vecinos de la iglesia no están felices que la iglesia no tenga su propio muro. El muro del terreno del vecino esta cayéndose cada vez más y la señora que limpia la iglesia siempre esta recogiendo basura de los vecinos que la tiran al lado de la iglesia.

 

Al fondo de la foto esta el muro que se quiere reconstruir usando ladrillos.

 

En este invierno fue un poco duro el dar clases afuera. El pequeño cuarto que teníamos el viento se llevo el techo.

Ahora tenemos un gran proyecto y es el de terminar el muro, los cuartos para escuela sabática de los niños, baños, y el piso de la iglesia. Pero pedimos sus oraciones para que entren donaciones para este proyecto. 

 

Esta es la clase de primarios. Parte de atras donde queremos hacer los cuartos de escuela sabática.
